1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 499 bdt platform and all services operated under it. By using 499 bdt through its website, mobile app, or any other channel, the user agrees to abide by these Terms.

The meanings of certain specific terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a member's wallet.

2 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use services on 499 bdt:

2.1 Age Requirement

No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use services on 499 bdt. Members must truthfully state their age at the time of registration. 499 bdt reserves the right to verify the 21+ age requirement, and an account may be suspended until adequate proof is provided.

2.2 Identity Verification

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment details, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

It is the member's responsibility to confirm that using 499 bdt's services is lawful from their location. If a member operates an account from a region where online gaming services are restricted, full responsibility lies with the member.

3 Account Registration

To open an account on 499 bdt, the member must fill in the registration form with accurate information. It is important to choose a strong password at the time of registration — one that has not been used elsewhere.

3.1 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone else. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, the 499 bdt support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If a member's personal details change after registration, the account must be updated without delay. Keeping payment-related information accurate at all times is especially important.

3.3 Verification Process

Before large withdrawals, 499 bdt may request an identity document or other proof to verify the account. This process is carried out to ensure account security and prevent fraud.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 499 bdt are processed under specific rules. All transactions are completed through the mobile financial services commonly used in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to make deposits on 499 bdt. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200. Once a deposit is successfully processed, the funds are added to the account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

499 bdt offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. Each bonus offer operates under its own terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; before this bonus balance can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be met.

Another example: a deposit of ৳8,200 gives a bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳16,200; in this case the wagering requirement is ৳8,000 × 20 = ৳1,60,000.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The 499 bdt VIP programme has five tiers ranging from Bronze to Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback based on a fixed percentage of that week's net loss. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds must never be treated as direct cash.
• Winnings from a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, 499 bdt reserves the right to cancel any bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to both sports betting and casino games on 499 bdt.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The odds applicable at the moment the user confirms the bet will apply. If a bet is accepted at abnormal odds due to a technical error or system issue, 499 bdt reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Game Results

Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and unpredictable. Sports betting results depend directly on the actual outcome of the event.

6.3 Technical Issues

499 bdt will not be held responsible for any loss of internet connection during a game or any technical issues on the platform. In such situations, results are generally determined from the last saved state of the game.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game and market has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is visible in the game interface. 499 bdt reserves the right to adjust these limits during special events or periods of high demand.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499 bdt platform:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or using the same details.
• Operating accounts under multiple identities for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or scripts with the platform's software or any game.
• Attempting to access another user's account or defrauding other users.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Conducting any form of cyberattack with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Completing transactions using another person's payment details or identity.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 499 bdt

499 bdt may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to submit required documents for verification within the specified time.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• When an investigation is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member may request to close their account at any time. If a valid balance exists, it may be withdrawn under the standard rules. To request self-exclusion, the member must contact the support team.

9 Limitation of Liability

499 bdt will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Delays or failures in transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to unforeseen technical reasons.
• Loss resulting from the user's login details becoming known to others.
• Temporary or permanent cessation of platform operations due to government or legal reasons.

Under any circumstances, 499 bdt's liability shall not exceed the actual balance held in the relevant user's account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
